Annual Mayor's Sporting Fund Golf Day

The Mayor’s Sporting Fund Golf Day is a much-anticipated event in the Port Macquarie-Hastings that helps raise money for the Mayor's Sporting Fund, which supports young local athletes to achieve their sporting dreams.

The Mayor's Sporting Fund was established in 1999 by former Mayor, Wayne Richards. The Fund provides financial assistance to young local residents who have been selected to attend high level sporting competitions either at a state, national or international level. The Mayor's Sporting Fund has provided more than $320,000 in financial assistance to young local athletes since it was established.

Venue: Wauchope Country Club, King St, Wauchope
Time: 12 noon - event concludes at 4.30pm
BBQ available from 12 noon with a shot gun start at 1.00pm.

Get your team(s) of FOUR PLAYERS (4) together to play in this nine (9) hole Ambrose event at a cost of $120.00 per team.

Registration includes green fees, BBQ and complimentary drink plus finger food during the presentation afterwards. sausage sizzle + 1 free drink and a platter of food during the presentation.

Registrations on the Golf day will be accepted at Wauchope Country Club prior to 12 noon. Registrations via the Glasshouse Box Office website, counter and phone will only be accepted until Monday 6 May.
