Australia Day is a day for all Australians, no matter where our personal stories began. It’s the day to celebrate our diversity and the values that we share as the Australian community. 

We've planned a day of celebrations across the region this Australia Day with a number of family friendly activities happening in Port Macquarie, Wauchope and the Camden Haven.

Laurieton, North Brother Mountain, from 7.30am

• Aussie breakfast available for purchase from 7:30am
• Australiana salute by Camden Haven Concert Band
• Australia Day Ceremony from 8.00am including Citizenship Ceremony

• Aussie breakfast available from 8.00am
• FREE waterslides, jumping castle and bungee run
• Face painting
• Farmers Market and food stalls
• Guessing competitions
• Sing Australia sing along
• Large vintage car and steam machinery display
• Australia Day Ceremony from 11.00am including Citizenship Ceremony

Port Macquarie, Town Green, from 8.00am

• Market & food stalls from 8.00am
• Collectibles showcase
• Giant slide and jumping castle
• Kids games with prizes
• Hastings Municipal Town Band
• Entertainment by Khristina Joy & Z Chords, Day Trippers & Blue Hype Big Band
• Various aquatics activities on the Hastings River
• Australia Day Ceremony from 3.00pm.  Announcement of PMHC Australia Day Award recipients and Citizenship Ceremony
